Delivery: Delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery. We will strive to get the products delivered to you within two weeks from the receipt of the order.
 

Returns and Refunds

Returns: Our policy allows for replacements within 24 hours of product receipt, provided that customers supply an unboxing video incase of a damaged product.

Bulk Orders
We accept bulk order. Please pre-book your orders 3 weeks to 1 month before the event date.
 

Cancellation 

All orders are processed immediately after confirmation.

As our products are made-to-order or prepared in limited batches, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

We request customers to review their order details (product, quantity, shipping address) carefully before placing the order.
